Training - Mandatory biannual training for AI users. - Area-specific enablement tracks. ## 8. Audit and Review - Policy review every 6 months. - Evidence logs maintained for internal and regulatory audits. ## 9. Effective Date This policy becomes effective on executive approval date and remains valid until replaced.
